Impossible to copy/past the % repeat sign since MS3

1) fill a bar with anything
2) on the next one, put the % repeat sign
3) try to copy/paste it on next(s) mesures
4) You have a whole pause instead

Besides, the double and quadruple % are still only graphic signs.
Would be a major improvement IMO if it acted as the one-bar-%
