Windows 10 Ver 3.0.1 (Sorry for My rough English.)
When I use Palettes- For Example, want to apply staccato.
I Need to drug staccato simble from workspace and drop to note.
But While Druging simbol, The mouse cursor disappears.
So can't drop aiming.

select the note, double click the staccato, far easier than drag and drop
Other than that this is a duplicate of #278767: "no drop" mouse pointer badly positioned
