Deleting a measure with a clef change doesn't change the clefs

1. Create a flute score
2. Drop a F clef somewhere in the first system. Add some notes, before the F clef, after, on the second system. Note that the clef is inserted and second system starts with a F clef
3. Select a couple of measure before and after the F Clef and delete them

Expected result: the whole score is in treble clef. Notes are moved to keep pitch but be in treble clef.

Actual result: the second system is in F clef... Notes are not move. Notes after the now delete clef are still if F clef.
