Is it possible to add tablature to an existing score so that the tab notation is automatically added?

Thanks but still doesn't answer my question. I have a score already created, Can I link tab and have Musescore automatically add it ?

Your file shows a score for piano. You cannot add a TAB to a piano :)
But you can after Instrument change (in Staff Properties), so, for Guitar. And then, add in Instruments dialog ("I" shortcut) a TAB staff, linked or not, as you want.

I can't seem to find "Staff Properties" Please forgive my stupidity

Right click the staff and select Staff(/part) Properties... (/part is only in version 3 but it's the same thing).

Open instruments (press i), select the staff for the instrument you want to add a tab to and click Add linked staff. Click the "Standard" at the right end of the staff description and change it to the appropriate tablature you want. You can then teak it in staff properties if you need to.
