Version 3.0

Palettes in 3.0 have changed. When I would use "View" at the very top and select "Palette" from the dropdown, I used to see a list of Key Signatures, Accidentals, etc. Now I see a blank screen in the left margin. How do I select a new key signature for my work? Thanks for your help. Jim
