Chord symbols (from the Russian forum)
In https://musescore.org/ru/node/283889, it was noted that there is no text tool bar when you edit Chord symbols. This and figured seem to be the only one this is true about. Is there a good reason for this? or did someone just decide it's not likely to be needed.

These are not texts taken as entered, but are getting interpreted and then get shown differently than entered. So bold, underline, italic, and font face settings don't make much sense for them
