I find it annoying that, when navigating through the 'create new score' dialogue by keyboard, I have to either use my mouse to select the 'filter instruments' box, or tab a few times. Since many people are going to filter to find instruments, how about we make it selected by default?

I always go to the orchestral instrument list because it doesn't remember where I looked last.
Well, if my PR ever gets merged, then maybe you won't have to.
