Musescore 3 has been like this, and not Musescore 2.
The interface is not allowing me to press anything like "Apply" or "Ok" or "Cancel"

Help resizing?
Keep in mind that resizing the window has a limit to what you are seeing.

I'm not sure if I should post this here, but I second the original poster's issue with the Mixer, and would like to add the fact that I cannot even use the score creation wizard due to the size of the boxes. I also continually get an error message when I try to close any score or the program (which may or may not be related). This was present when I first downloaded Musescore 3, and has persisted since the most recent update.

OS: Windows 10 Home, Version 1803, Build 17134.590

Screen size: 13", Resolution: 1920x1080
