There are a lot of new "Memory failures" and "Hangs" in the new MuseScore 3 package for Microsoft Store.
Number of "Memory failures" was around zero in MuseScore 2 and "Hangs" was like a dozen per day. Right now the number of both failures is about two hundreds per day.
There are stack traces generated by Microsoft Store in the attached archive which are believed to help us to fix the issue.
