Staccato time
Hi, Gang!!!
I use MuseScore 3.0.2 into Ubuntu Studio 18.04.1 LTS (64 bit Linux).
Even the fact we can change the Staccato "Time Expansion" value in the inspector... I can not to feel some audible change.
I expected we can get a short or long time in the audible effect but... Maybe that "Time Expansion" value is about another thing...
It is intended to avoid to use short rhythmic figures followed by silences, which is... Ugly!!!
Some help, please!!!

That is indeed the wrong tool for this. Use the piano roll editor instead

I discovered the symbol "Staccatissimo", which works so fine to my necessity!!!
