I don't know what you did or normally do, but I deleted all of your parts, clicked "new all" and "OK" and all of the parts are created automatically with the correct transposition.

Meanwhile, can you share any info on how this score may have gotten into this state - was it imported from MusicXML? Parts generated using an earlier version of MuseScore? Transposition changed after generating parts?
This is almost certainly a duplicate of #285781: Non-default style settings in score get applied to all parts on reload, leading to bad transposition and other loss of data, just fixed for the next update.
