Download of ver 3.0.4 for Mac
I have just tried to install v 3.0.4 for Mac and it has come back with an error message saying cannot open windows in the application. Accepting any of the options results in the whole application closing down. I have directly re-loaded the new version (as opposed to upgrading the older version) with the same results. What next?

I have also tried "double-clicking" on an existing score and that gives the same problem.

Try running MuseScore with the -w command line option.
