  1. Downloaded latest (3.0.4.21117) update
  2. Launched the app
  3. Dialog asked whether I want to restore previous session
  4. Selected no (but have since tried both options)
  5. App opens the 'new document' dialog
  6. Crashes.

I also tried uninstall the App and reinstalling via the Musescore download page.
