MuseScore crashes when trying to change clefs

I create new score selecting a treble clef, and then I want to change it to a bass clef. I drag a bass clef from pallet and drop it on the first measure. Though all entered notes move up, as they should, the treble clef doesn't change to the bass clef. And when I hit Ctrl+Z, MuseScore crashes.
