Multi-measure rests hide special bar lines

1. Open attached file: "bar lines and multi-measure rests.mscz"
2. Style > Edit Style > Score
3. Add a check mark to "Create Multi-Measure Rests"

Expected behavior: Multi-measure rests should automatically break at end bar, double bar, start repeat, end repeat, and end-start repeat bar lines. Bar lines between multi-measure rests should match the type of bar line found between the to sections.

Actual behavior: Multi-measure rests do not automatically break at end bar, double bar, start repeat, end repeat, and end-start repeat bar lines. Bar lines between multi-measure rests are always normal bar lines.
