You have the Horn in F selected rather than the Horn in D as is in the score. If you right click the horn, choose staff/part properties and click change instruments you can search horn in D and find the correct horn. BTW, you can also search for the correct instrument when you create the score. Once you do that, you can press ctrl+a and then Alt+shift+down arrow to move the notes to the correct place. I didn't notice any accidentals you will need to fix, but you should double check that any way.

Horn in D is not an option.
Did you select all instruments in the dropdown? Else you can just change the transposition manually.
If you search as in
you will see all of the horns. It automatically searches in all instruments. This is the standard list of instruments and includes the horn in D among others.
