I originally made this score in Musescore 2. As soon as I make parts for all instruments and change a part from page view to continuous view, the BPM gets out of whack.
Plays fine for me. Parts are already present, and it's already in Contunuous view. Can you give steps to reproduce a problem with this (or perhaps some other) score?

I found that the BPM in the play panel does not follow the set tempo

Bit late, but I found that if some parts are in page view and some are in continuous view, tempo is ignored until all parts are the same
That's a know bug and IIRC got fixed in 3.2
Like #287000: Playback speed is incorrect when selecting a continuous view for a part. But also maybe #289922: Playback tempo becomes incorrect if editing score in continuous view
So let's mark this as a duplicate
