Parts creation

I would love a tutorial on how to work with parts to create a full score. I have read through the handbook and it isn't clear how to put together each part that can be printed separately to merge into one score with piano accompaniment so each part can be exported to an mp3 separately without having to double up on input.

Create a conductor's score with all of the parts then use file->Parts to create parts. The other way around doesn't work so well.
