"Please keep the screen still when playing a song. If you can move around on a mac like you're in a pdf it would be great. When you play a song now, and drag around the screen, the view jumps around the marker in a very obnoxious way. "

This is already possible, simply turn off the "Pan score automatically button". Or do we think they mean something else?
