Open MS3 in Windows 10 then hit F10 to access the Mixer. The panel now occupies most of the screen making it unusable. There seems no way to change this.

You can click the triangle above the vertical volume bars to hide the top part. This will enable you to move the mixer and see the bottom of it.

Sorry Mike but this had already been done
Sorry, I see that now. I'm curious if you dragged the top down to shrink the mixer as much as possible then moved to entire mixer up as far as it can go. If you can't see the instrument names, then you could try to auto hide your task bar, it might allow you to see the bottom of the mixer.
Yes Mike, you are right. If I drag the mixer down and then lift it up again it does uncover the bottom. I have seen the instrument names for the first time. But it still covers up a lot of the work space. The same trick works with the Play panel. Other panels such as the Inspector panel have a scroll thumb. It's all a bit messy. The standard windows feature of dragging the corners would seem to be better.
And see #279228: Mixer: size issues?
It still needs fixed and is actually a duplicate of #279228: Mixer: size issues as geetar pointed out.
