Boot up Musescore 3.
Play selected song until about halfway, or sections with lots of parts.
Audio breaks on its own, and moves incredibly slow and the song just gets blasted with noises that sound like the inside of a sousaphone.
It might be my PC, but the same song worked on Musescore 2. And all of my other transferred songs experience the same treatment, where the audio breaks in unexpected places.

I've had this in some of my work too, I thought it had something to do with drumrolls and a poor computer, but in your score it always happens after the drumrolls (in bar 37). I did this on my better computer where I can't remember hearing this before.
The interesting part is that it never happens when I start playback from bar 4 or after. The noise stops when i pause the playback and wait for it to die down before starting again.
Try playing in Page View instead of Continuous View.
Is there any improvement in playback?
