1.) add a string or woodwind instrument
2.) attempt to copy another part onto the newly added instrument or an already existing woodwind or string instrument
3.) attempt to save after copying the part
4.) crash to desktop
This bug doesn't happen with brass instruments only (to my knowledge and short period of testing) with string and woodwind instruments. I am running Musescore 3.0.5.5992
Also the crash reporter that shows up after crashing is broken, and doesn't restart Musescore if I click the button telling it to.

I can't reproduce on 3.0.5 or 3.1 beta from the given steps. Can be more specific about where you are adding the staff, then what you do after that so it doesn't fall off the page, and exactly what you copying and pasting?
BTW, the score reports as corrupt on load, so until you fix that (see https://musescore.org/en/node/54721) then crashes are indeed much more likely to happen.
