About [Transposition]
Please let me ask you questions about the [Transposition] function.
I want to make notes and chords semitones up [key = C #], but when I raise the semitones from the [Transition] function, the notations written in [key = C] become [key = D ♭] notation.
Is there any way to somehow write [key = C #]?

After you transpose use the info in https://musescore.org/en/node/260491.
It's not totally clear what you mean - there are quite a few different transposition features within MuseScore. The most direct way to do what I think you are asking is to select the passage, use Tools / Transpose, and select C# as the new key. If that's not what you mean, can you please explain in more detail what you are trying to do? Attaching your score will probably be helpful.
