1 - Error in transposing transposer instruments. the error only occurs after you close the file and open it again.
2 - musescore 3.05-x86_64. The error occurs when you create the part in a grid with transposing instruments. In the grid the transposition is correct, but in the extraction of the transpositor instrument the notes are not transposed correctly. It is important to note that such an error occurs only when the file is closed and then reopened.

4 - see that the tonality is transposed correctly, but the notes are wrong.

This is actually a duplicate of #285781: Non-default style settings in score get applied to all parts on reload, leading to bad transposition and other loss of data.
Basically, the problem is that you have concert pitch turned on when you create parts and the current version of MuseScore makes mistakes. It will be fixed in the next release.
