When adding to a frame the fields "composer", "lyricist", "copyright" and so on, then there will not be displayed the corresponding fields from the score properties.

They aren't meant to - these fields are free for you to type in whatever you want. But there is a request to make it possible to fill them in automatically - see #244316: Inserting score properties in frames.
