Spreeding out a peace of Music from 3 stanzas to 4 stanzas

I recently finished a piece of music
I ended up with 3 stanzas but would like spread out the music so it is not so bunched up.
I would like to end up with 4 stanzas and that would utilize the paper and make it easier to sing and to play.
My problem is that I dont know how to do this.
I need a step by step instruction.
And so my question is: How do I Spreed out a peace of Music from 3 stanzas to 4 stanzas?
