How to disable "Mark Irregular Bars" in V3.

Hello,
Since V3, when I turn off "Mark Irregular Bars", it's always on again whenever a score is loaded. Virtually all of my pieces have changing bar lengths, so I don't need to be reminded with all those plus signs.

I'm sure you also already know the navigator window still shrinks with "save" in Continuous View too.

Otherwise lots of good improvements and fixes on this release! I'm nearly ready to permanently move on to 3.
