Playback Issue
Using musescore3.1 with Windows 10, I've encountered problems with the playback feature on several music scores. Certain places in the playback mode produce a distorted, vibrating noise. Most of my scores playback correctly; others don't. An example of the ones that don't is the score "Departure" which is uploaded for your review. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. FYI, there is nothing attached. If you do attach a score, please also tell us exactly where you hear a problem, and let us know if you are using any non-default soundfonts.

The distortion varies but usually occurs around measures 25-26.
For distortion...
Look at menu item: View -> Synthesizer and be sure the output volume is not clipping (red lining).

I don't know what do you mean by "distortion", but do you think https://musescore.org/en/node/290368 also describes your problem?
