Version 3.1 and current master OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.2.0.7347, revision: 15b91e4
1) Default score
2) Add two fretboard diagrams
3) Right-click the second chord symbol C7 (not the diagram)
4) Edit Element
First unexpected result: the layout jumps to the right bottom
5) Undo

Yes, it is the same issue. It is fixed by https://github.com/musescore/MuseScore/pull/5153.
