Tried to add a vertical frame and suddenly my music disappeared.

Please help! I had entered two pages of notation and was adding notes and editing the title, etc. I wanted more space between the title and the first line of the staff, so I tried to add a vertical frame to create some white space. My entire song disappeared and I don't know how to get it back. According to the System Text in the lower left, "Undo" is affecting my most recent changes, but my page view is just blank. Did I just cover up my work somehow, or is it actually gone? Is this a known bug? Just updated today, so I should have the newest version.

Any help would be much appreciated.
