How to create a only irregular group of notes of both septimine and three

Hi, I can't put both septimine and tripled group of notes on Musescore. See the picture alleged. Can you tell me how to do or send here a Musescore file with the notes like the picture? P.S. remember the double notes, I can't identify which are.

To create a tuplet within a tuplet, create the outer one first, then select the note within the tuplet you want to split and divide it as well. So, Ctrl+3 then Ctrl+7 for this case. Looks like there are also mutiple voices here.
