Not a new issue: applied to 2.x as well.

  1. Apply a tempo text object to the score from the Tempo palette. It should have a musical note as the first character. e.g.
    tempo_text.png
  2. Go into edit mode, select the musical note and increase its font size to, say, 20. Exit edit mode.
  3. Now increase the Font size of the tempo text in the Inspector.
Expected result: The font size of everything except the musical note should increase.
    Actual result: Nothing happens.

If, instead, in step 2, you change the number, the behaviour is as expected.

Comments

"Font size of the tempo text" is designed to apply to both the symbol and the text, if you have different sizes for them already, then of course the setting in the inspector doesn't know what to do.
