Microsoft Store Update
I currently have a school issued laptop and I am only able to download apps off of the Microsoft Store. I downloaded Musescore but the latest version there is Musescore 3.0.5. Could and update be sent to the Microsoft Store?

Hmm...
Microsoft is so trusted by school admins such that people can download legitimate apps only from the Microsoft Store?
Now that's as disturbing as crushed candy ;-)
If not already here, I fear the day when musescore.org (and others) will have to pay for the 'privilege' to submit its free software to get some sort of 'stamp of approval' from The Store.
School IT departments should allow, even encourage, obtaining the newest up-to-date versions right here - at the very fountainhead.

It is not (only) a matter of (school) admins, but (also) a restriction of the "S" version or Windows 10
