- Load a file with soundfonts that are not downloaded with MuseScore 3 (I used Sonatina Symphony Orchestra and Aegean Symphonic Orchestra) and toggle autosave on or off

It isn't clear what the issue is - are you saying the score closed? MuseScore hung? Please, when submitting a bug report, attach a specific score and give precise step by step instructions to reproduce it, and describe precisely what the expected results were and what happened instead.

I also encounter this gap under the menu-bar.
Sometimes it happens after a setting in preferences, sometimes it doesn't.
I never figured out where it came from.
Maybe this is due to the new setting for customizing menus and palettes.
But I'm not sure at all.
I've seen it when I switch between custom and advanced workspaces, but not all the time. I do switch languages in preferences but I'm not sure if that's related or not. It's not related specifically to auto save because I keep mine turned off.
The picture shows this is a custom workspace. Indeed, those kinds of glitches can occasionally happen switching workspaces depending on the setting of the "GUI Components" option for the workspace. And I could see changing preferences trigger that, since that's where the GUI settings are.
Anyhow, if that's what you mean, we'd want to know the specific workspace and GUI settings to reproduce it.
