Cannot add Fretboard Diagrams according to the instructions
I'm using Musescore 3.2.3.7635 and am not able to select a note and then drag and drop a fretboard diagram. I get the red circle with a line through as in no this won't work. I'm using a standard template. Any suggestions?

Instead to drag and drop: select a note and double-click on the fretboard diagram in the palette.

Be sure that you drag and drop the mouse pointer onto the element (not the graphic element). What happens, if you select the note and double click the fretboard diagram?
