Export to MusicXML problem
Try export to MusicXML and then import it back , got error.
The MusicXML file is also not accepted by other notation program . e.g. Forte

In order to help, we'd need you to attach the score in question - probably the MuseScore (MSCZ) file and then we can try exporting it ourselves to see what goes wrong.

Here are two example files which are working fine in MuseScore but cannot import with the exported XMS file.

Problem confirmed on current master, created issue #293441: [MusicXML export] invalid XML export: direction-type is missing child element

Could not reproduce the problem using the current master (e3ec24f of 2021-07-30).
