What font size do you see selected in Edit / Preferences? Anything unusual about your monitor / resolution? Does it fix itself with Help / Revert to Factory Settings?
Also:
On your OS, enter 'Scale and layout' in the system settings. (Settings=>System=>Display //in Win10)
And if the current setting is not 100%, can you set it to 100% and check again?
