When LH Guitar Fingering is at the beginning of a system, extra space is created before itself. Related to #292293: LH Guitar Fingering creates too much space before itself, when directly after a barline?

It's no different from accidentals currently - while there is a separate style setting for distance from barline to first note with or without accidental, there is no corresponding distinction made for distance after a system header. So, I take this a suggestion to add such a setting, and then to use it for notes with LH fingerings. Probably also for notes with apreggios or other symbols to the left of the notehead.
