OS: Windows 10 (10.0), Arch.: x86_64, MuseScore version (64-bit): 3.3.0.8267, revision: e36df56
- Open the attached file.
- In any text object, double click (say) a word to select it.
- Now click just to the right of the selection.
Expected behaviour: In word processors and MS 2.3.2, this action deselects highlighted text.
Actual result: Nothing happens. Note: if you click anywhere else, the text is correctly deselected.
There are a few other regressions in text edit mode:
#291402: Text edit mode: newline character can't be removed by Delete
#292652: Blank lines of text consisting only of a RETURN are too small in height on some scores.

Seems to me you have to be at least one "space" to the right - far enough to move the cursor - in order for it to work.

Still present here. It is impossible to deselect text by clicking at the end of the selection (as you might do if adding more text).
Still confirmed. But, of course, if you are about to enter text, you're about to use the keyboard, to simply pressing the right cursor or End key is just as easy, so workaround is trivial.
