I need a refund please and I need help!!

Hi, if I cancel my subscription will I get a refund? I really didn't want to have the subcription to begin with since I'm not really a musician and I was hoping if it was possible since I am having a bit of struggle with money issues. I also was mislead with the time of thinking that the trial ends tomorrow the 19th, instead at a different time zone and it's very unfair since I live in the Pacific time zone and don't accurately know the time zones. Please may I have a refund? I'm legit freaking out and I barely make enough to sustain myself please anyone from the support team can reach out and help me??? I haven't used the trial as of last week and this week I didn't use the membership at all. I didn't like I was misinformed so please may I have some help??? I don't even know what the time zone of GMT is like either, I thought it was PT...
Edit: I also already used the contact thing and I sent them 2 emails already and so far no response.

We understand, but there is nobody here on the musescore.org forums that can do anything about that. This site only handles the open source free desktop notation software.

Everything related to subscriptions, score sharing and mobile players are handled by the .com team.

The why did you subscribe in the first place?
I am having a bit of struggle with money issues.
then why did you put in payment information (like credit card data)?

I was only really doing it for the free trial because I wanted to see what it was like and give it a try since I did use musescore a lot in high school. I wasn't going to actually stay with the subscription but it slipped my mind since I work a lot and my emails dont sync into my phone as often as I want to until today, I got an email saying a payment went through when I thought my trial was going to end on the 19th of this month in my time, to only find out I was charged on the 18th at a different time zone. I get that in a way I did contradict myself and didn't explain since I was in a bit of panic that I was charged $50 on something I just wanted to try out so I do apologize for that. I did cancel the subcription since I only used it once during the trial and didn't use it at all when I was charged, which is why I wanted a refund atleast. I did email them and I'm hoping it does go through since I really do need the money to save up for school and such.
