Sub-menus not on top if parent menu is clicked and MuseScore is hidden

1. Open score.
2. Right-click stave.
3. 'Stave Properties…'.
4. 'Advanced style properties…'.
5. Click on the Stave Properties window.
6. 'Hide MuseScore'.
7. Access MuseScore.

Result: The Advanced style properties window is behind the Stave Properties window.

Note: Step 5 shouldn't allow any window to be clicked.

Using MuseScore 2.0 Nightly Build (70e228a) - Mac 10.7.5.
