Repeat not playing
In the score, a repeat is marked at the end of measure 10, but when I play the score, it simply skips over the repeat and moves on to the final measure. I don't if I have a setting changed on my computer or if my notation is just incorrect. Is there a reason the repeat won't play?

I have started having this same problem with the new 3.5028537. When I do as you suggest I do not see "set repetition" as an option.

Seems to be an issue in continuous view. Switch to Page for now - and then either save / reload, or just turn repeats off then on again. It will then continue to work as long as you remain in Page View.
Hopefully we'll have a fix for 3.5.1...
Having the same problem even though I have "play repeats" pressed. I think it's a 3.5 update bug. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.

See the above mentioned issue, it does link to a PR, which shows the code change that fixed this
The newest version doesn't have this issue anymore, due to that fix.
If you experience such an issue, it got to be something different, like 'Play repeats' not enabled, if it isn't that the score showing the problem is needed
