Problem changing font for part name.
This score has crashed. I reloaded and still the part name will not change. I am trying to change it to Musejazz text.
I go to Inspector, change the font name where appropriate, set the style and then have saved the style with the changes I want. When I go to the name, select musejazz text and hit return, it changes. However when I deselect the element, the name reverts.
Also but when I reload it to a part it does not change.

I have been doing this ( I will edit). The part name goes back to the original when I deselect the editing.

As you can see from my attachement it worked for me
You have to not currently be editing the text in order for the Inspector to function. If you are currently in edit mode, first press Esc, then the Inspector works normally. Probably the Inspector shild simply be disabled until you leave edit mode, that would be the easy fix here.

Thank you! This odd behaviour has been driving me wild, with changes made in the Inspector being reverted for no apparent reason. With your explanation. I can now understand and work around the problem.

Absolutely agree: don't lead users up a blind alley of frustration!
