Opens to home screen but disappears when opening file.
I'm having an issue that when I open musescore 3, it starts onto the home screen, but when I go to open an existing file or create a new one it minimises straight away and will not open anything. The icon is on the task bar, I can click on it but it wont respond. opening a score from files does not work either.
Have uninstalled and reinstalled twice, tried musescore 2 but wont open my files as they were created under version 3. Worked fine up to about a week ago.

Uninstalling only in very rare cases fixes anything, reverting to factory settings much more often so.
It might also be that this score is broken somehow, attach it here se we can check
It sounds like the window is open, but off-screen somewhere. Perhaps you've had a 2nd screen connected which is now different?
