Having converted MS v2 to v3 file (both linked) a fortnight ago, Windows 10 Family ed., Version 1903, OS version 18362.418.
1) Continued to work
2) After a midday meal break, came back to the program
3) No possibility to recover the MS screen.
4) Several closings and reboots
5) Response only to program opening: new score manager and/or file selection
6) MS icon on the tasks bar but no screen appearance.
7) No Windows compatibility problem detected
8) MS has always worked since my membership (a few crashes without consequences!)

Need it absolutely for work :D

The MuseScore 2 score stems from 2.1.0, the MuseScore 3 score from 3.0.5.

Neither crashes in 3.2.3, so you'd need to update to that, whatever bug it might have been in 3.0.5, it seems fixed in 3.2.3
You may also want to update your MuseScore 2 to 2.3.2.
