Dynamics set to "staff" not working.
Measure 66, the two Violin I staves. The top one is mp and the bottom one is pp, but in playback they both play pp even after setting the dynamics to "staff."

I get the same results. I did a 2 measure test with a new score just to see, and I get similar results. I attached my test file for others to check out. It seems when the dynamic is set to part it is ignored during playback, at least on an instrument like violin that normally has a single staff as opposed to a piano that is normally written on a grand staff. As a further test, I changed the first measure to mf on top and pp on bottom set to staff and got the same results, it was played pp.
For further testing I set measure 1 to pp on top and mf on bottom (both set to part). It played mf. I then set beat 3 in measure 2 to mf on top and pp on bottom (both set to part) and it changed to pp at that point (dynamic test 2)
I looked at the mscx and part (0) was properly assigned to the dynamics.
