About a month ago I started the free months trial of Musescore to print off sheet music for an audition, I was unable to work out how to cancel my subscription and am still unable to. £39 was taken from my account leaving me with literally £1.90 in my account with my food to by this week. I’m a drama student so really struggle with money. Please may I have my money refunded ASAP!

As well as this, I can’t even access my account any more. None of my emails seem to have a “pro account” so I’m unable to cancel it! Please please can you assist me

Did you try to ask the right way?
Any questions or issues concerning billing (of a Pro subsciption) should be sent to support@musescore.com. Please allow up to 2 business days for a response. There is no billing support via public discussions, neither in the forums on musescore.org, nor in groups on musescore.com.
To cancel a Pro account/subscription go to your profile

None of us common users here on .org can interfere with .com

You mean, aside from giving your credit card information and checking boxes saying you agree and all that?

As Jojo already said, subscriptions are a part of the musescore.com online score sharing platform and nobody here on musescore.org can do anything about that. These forums only deal with issues about the free notation software itself; nothing else.

Who we are? MuseScore users/contributors.
What gives us the right to tell you that you should mail to support@musescore.com and that support there is only during office hours? Experience.

You can continue posting here and complain about this situation, but noone with the power to change anything about your situation will read it here.
