Title page diisplaced

• Nov 22, 2019 - 20:22

Please see attachment This is the 2nd time this has happened. I did post once before and received an answer and help fixing it, but now it has reverted back to displaced. Do Not know why? I was told to put in a page break. There IS a page break there, but It doesn't do anything when I try to activate it. What to do for a permanent fix?

In the picture, you can see the offset for the title has been adjusted. To the right of the numbers is a round arrow, click this and all offset will be reset to 0. As for a permanent fix, there is not one. The most likely cause of this is that you have accidentally put your mouse over the offset number and spun your mouse wheel. Be aware that this happens and avoid doing that in the future. There is no way to make this not happen.

While it is true there is an offset on the title, there is also a problem with the page break on the frame. For some reason it doesn't seem to be honored correctly. But it's hard to say what is going on for sure because there is also a horizontal frame within the vertical frame, and the page break is actually attached to that has its own page break. That probably shouldn't have been possible to create, but now that's there it seems to be hard to delete. I finally managed, and saved a version with no title frame at all. So load this, add a new title frame and add the page break directly to it - don't use a horizontal frame within it.

I haven't loaded your version since I had to overhaul 10 measures of the score, so it is now a different version from what I put on the Forum. My question is, if I do download yours, would I be able to delete the old measures and replace them? i mean I don't recall if you can copy a selection from one MS file/score and paste it into the selected place on another MS file/score? Somwhow I have to get your "fresh" title page to work.
