Create a new project and open "Score Properties" / "Eigenschaften Partitur" and observe the wrong language and regional settings (US). Screen shot is attached.

Those 'tags' are not translated (and I'm sure it got reported earlier, maybe even an open issue requesting those to get translated exists IIRC)

Were they "proper" strings, they'd start with a capital letter and rather than having a capital in the middle were 2 words.
