How to notate extension quality in Roman Numeral analysis
I love this Roman numeral analysis, but I was wondering if there's a way to notate a "M7" as a superscript on a Roman numeral, like in the case you might have a major 7th I chord. It only allows me to type in numbers as a superscript but no letters. This would also apply for notating "M9", or any other extension that requires a quality specification. I am currently having to do a separate text for the superscript. Maybe there are other conventions for this in Roman numeral analysis? Is writing it as "Imaj7" correct or acceptable? (btw, this will be used for teaching.) That looks weird to me and I've always learned to write "M7" as a superscript. I attached what I did all within Musescore, ultimately succeeding in how I want it to turn out, but hoping there was a way I could do this without having to add on that extra disconnected text that I always have to remember to add and have to deal with when moving things around. I just noticed the last chord's M7 is too big, or is the first 2 too small?
I also noticed when I copy and paste a single bass line that has both lead sheet symbols and Roman numeral analysis attached to them, the lead sheet symbols and any added text are copied, but the roman numerals will not copy. Is there a way I can get both to copy over?

There isn't a ton of standardization in the world of RNA, but I'm thinking you are probably coming from a jazz background (as am I), where there is even less standardization. Normally, though quality indications are not superscripted in RNA, whether in classical or jazz. So I'd recommend just going with the flow. And FWIW, one common convention in jazz is to not notate the major seventh at all when it's diatonic - and certainly never to notate the ninths. The idea being, neither the major seventh nor the ninth affect the function of the chord, and that's the purpose of RNA. But if you do decide you want to notate the major seventh, M, maj, or the triangle (type "^") are all acceptable, but the most recommended - as it is for chord symbols - is "ma".
The bug with the chord symbol and RNA not both copying is fixed for 3.4, currently in beta.
